We are currently aware of an outage affecting our external partner, MAS, which occurred between 5:00 AM ET and 7:05 AM ET. During this time, MAS systems and their website were unavailable.

As this is an external service disruption, functionality dependent on MAS, including trip processing and attestations, may have been impacted during this window.

MAS services have since recovered; however, please reach out to MAS directly for any trip or attestation-related inquiries specific to this timeframe.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates if additional information becomes available.
